Fortunately they're not bad at all - just stuffy/runny noses and a bit of a cough. Kierra barely got sick her first year, but now she does. Pretty much anything Kierra gets Ali then gets. I don't have any new pics since they're sick and I haven't uploaded any. I will probably have some next weekend though. We're taking them to the Easter Bunny, and then the weekend after is Easter. We're also planning on taking them back to Sears for portraits of them and a family portrait mid-April.
Other than being sick, nothing really big has happened. Kierra has started reciting random letters. She will walk around and then say something like "A D I I D" out of the blue. We're not sure if she's trying to say the ABCs or if she thinks she's spelling something like we do when we don't want her to know what we're talking about. It's really cute!
Ali is cooing a lot. It's almost like if she's not sleeping or crying, she's cooing or blowing raspberries. We have a lot of involved "conversations."

Hello!
Hi everyone! I created this blog to have a central place to share info about us and pics of the girls to any of our family and friends interested. I hope to update it somewhat frequently once we have internet access again.

As for what's new with us, we're still unpacking. Having a toddler and a baby makes the process much more difficult and time-consuming! I'm attending classes part time and still looking for a part time job, and Michael is still working at the cheese factory.
Kierra is 21 1/2 months and Alessandra is a few days away from 4 months old. Kierra is talking up a storm and just started jumping with two feet. I can't believe she's almost 2! She's fascinated by everything we bring out for baby and has to try it out herself. Here's pics of her in her old walker (now Ali's):

And here's two pics of her being her silly self:

Ali is also doing great. She can roll over, grab objects and bring them to her mouth, coo and gurgle, smile and laugh (and often does at her sister!), and stand really well with just balance support from us. Some somewhat recent pics of her:

And finally I'll share the Valentine's Day card that I made. Michael snapped the pics while I was at class, but I created the card. I've been doing some graphic design here and there when I'm "stuck" holding a baby for a long time. ;)

I would love to update more but lack the time. We hope to have internet access at home soon so I can update more then.
